She is a Billing and Credentialing Specialist for OBOK Consulting and an Operations Manager for a multi-specialty ABA clinic in Texas. Rachel holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration. 

She has a background in ABA clinic start-up and is experienced in many areas of ABA clinical management including credentialing, billing, Central Reach, staffing, and clinical policies and procedures. One of Rachel’s biggest goals in ABA clinic management is balancing the demand that comes from the business side of operations with the rules and regulations set forth by regulatory bodies to create a cohesive model that allows for business success without staff burnout.  

Rachel loves spending time with her husband and 3 children and enjoys traveling and reading when she gets the opportunity.
