She provides full service HR consultation and support to Obok clients, including staffing and recruitment, HR systems support, employee relations, HR compliance and research, as well as policy and procedure creation.
Prior to Obok, Mandy served as an HR Director for an ABA organization where she developed various tools and systems to optimize efficiency within the HR Department. Mandy has a BA in HR Management and a minor Business Management and aims to empower and work alongside leaders, business owners and professionals to develop effective operations and cultivate a stimulated workforce.
She enjoys reading, camping, and traveling with her husband, and fur baby!
