She runs the Human Resources department at Obok. She has been in HR for over 17 years and has worked in the medical, financial, and business fields. By working her way up from Generalist to Director of Human Resources, she has seen and handled just about every employee situation you can imagine.
Recently, she has specialized in payroll, benefits, and developing a total compensation plan. Laurie’s work passion is helping employees and supervisors connect and communicate to create a meaningful work environment.
In her spare time, you can find Laurie with her husband and their dogs, along with her 2 kids (who also have dogs!) or spending time in her flower gardens.
